Not unless it says you can do that. Some of them have built in frame support on the sides. A regular waterbed mattress needs support on the sides as well. When filled, they are extremely heavy. You also should have a liner inside the bedframe in case of leakage. Many people wind up having floor damage if the mattress fails. You also need a heater or you will be frozen in the morning.
