Does she collect anything? Are you in a relationship that does the traditional candy and flowers? How about mixing it up a bit, do something that is totally out of character for you and her.. meaning, if you are like me and my husband, I don't get roses for Valentines day, if thats the case, surprise her with her favorite flowers, breakfast in bed, a surprise sent to her at work, make her a nice dinner, go out dancing, or to a movie, or get her some jewelry, every woman likes that... if she is a little more personable, get her a nice nightie, and plan a romantic night alone... good luck

This is what I would want...
go to the Oriental trading company on line and order a bunch of decorations (alot!!) they have the best stuff! get lots of candles and pick one room in the house...(by the fire place if you have one or even out side if you have outdoor heaters. then have a nice dinner, and desert and romantic music. then play a game, then set up a different room for a message room.
(candles,flowers,campaign,candy,silk rose petals,confetti hearts...)

The neatest Valentine's Day gift I ever saw was a stained glass rose window. A decorative one not one in the wall.

Unfortunately, it was not given to me.

A dozen roses, a wonderful dinner at a great place, champagne and strawberries when you get home, and go from there.

Also even people who have everything won't object to a new piece of tasteful jewelry.

that sounds like you think your wife is spoiled. well she should be. give her more love, no one can ever have to much of that and wine and dine her. if you have children, take them somewhere where they can make or bye her something, moms love that best on any occasion.lol Enjoy!!!

Paint hearts all over your body, put heart stickers where you can't reach to paint, and serenade her with a song about your love and devotion.
