Not really; as long as you are getting and average of 6-8 hours of sleep; preferably 8 hours. Some studies show that getting less than 6 hours of sleep daily can affect your health in a variety of ways like weight gain and heart health. It is generally good practice to go to bed at the same time every night. Every one has a sleep cycle and if you get your body used to going to bed at 10PM every night then you will have a better uninterrupted sleep cycle. Going to bed late every once in a while is not going to affect your health at all.

Depression ! WOW this is what you try too do! Get a Friend or someone you can work with ! make a list of things you love doing and get out and do them! Don't stay in bed, don't remain closed in your house, don't get into whats bad only whats good in your life other can help you see what it good. Look in the mirror and say 5 great things about yourself every morning. Treat yourself every week too something you would not normally do like a hot bath with bubbles or a fat hot-dog with everything on it . Wow it really works i have done it!

it is purely a difficulty in case you at the prompt are not getting adequate sleep. in case you stay wide awake previous due and upward thrust up previous due and get your 8 hours or so, you'd be a lot more suitable off than maximum human beings, who stay wide awake previous due and yet ought to upward thrust up early. lack of sufficient sleep weakens the immune device and has been appropriate to weight income.

Of course it does. You deprive your body its regular sleep time. When you sleep, your body regenerates lost energy and repairs itself. So irregular sleep time is really not good for your body.

Yes, it does. Your body gets energy while you are sleeping. Therefore if you don't sleep enough, you will eventually get sick.
