Actually, I am ambidextrous (true). I am naturally left-handed, but I fell out of tree when I was a kid and broke my left wrist, meaning my arm was in plaster a long time given that the fracture was a complicated one. During those months, I learned to write with my right hand. Now, I can swap between the two hands no problem at all.

I'm right handed, my wife is left handed, and both of our son's are the same- one left & one right. I saw a National Geographic Special on multiple births, and there is a theory that left-handed people had a twin at one point (over half of all single births begin as twins and the other fetus is absorbed into the lining of the uterus for one reason or another), who was their "mirror" (right handed).
