It sounds like your covered, taking BC Pills & using a condom (eventhough it broke).
But if you're really worried go get an OTC pregnancy test. :)

You should have very little to worry about, assuming no missed pills. You'll be glad to know that with perfect use, there is about a 0.01% chance of pregnancy after seven days of starting birth control. That means your odds of pregnancy are about 1:1000. That's also assuming that sexual intercourse took place at the most fertile time of your menstrual cycle. If not, the chances of pregnancy are virtually zero.
The pill works by blocking the release of an egg, and barring that, it also makes the cervix inhospitable to sperm, and barring THAT, it makes the uterus inhospitable to implantation of a zygote. Thus the low rate of failure.
The flip side is prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. Are you using condoms for STD prevention? If so, I suggest you check into more durable condoms, and/or make sure the lubrication INSIDE the condom is adequate. Also, make sure that latex condoms never come in contact with petroleum-based substances like Vaseline. It causes latex to break.
As for your pills -- don't panic, and keep taking them daily as directed. You WILL NOT become pregnant if you don't stray from the regimen.
HOWEVER -- If you do miss a pill and have unprotected sex, you should immediately use an emergency contraceptive like Plan B within 72 hours. The sooner, the better. You're trying to prevent egg release, which is the most effective birth control.

You sound like one of those unlucky people that do the right thing every time and the whole world just co lapses around you.
You are most certainly pregnant. You don't believe that stuff about the pill being 99 percent effective do you?
Of course the condom broke. It was bound to. Doesn't matter it was covered in spermicide....I guarantee a few million got past and found that egg.......eggs to produce your triplets.
And you bf hasn't told you he's been playing around and could well have something else you didn't bargain for.
That's the bad news.
The good news : You seem quite nice and have a sensible boyfriend. You are not pregnant.

there is an exceedingly narrow threat that a number of your sperm would have entered your female friend. yet I say narrow. i'm no longer advantageous why your female friend won't be able to purchase the morning after pill. it is your perfect determination at this element. Please re-imagine the right thanks to get this. Do you've someone you've faith that ought to purchase it for you. i'm advantageous they'd be happy to attempt this, truly than threat an unplanned being pregnant. did you recognize the position your female friend is in her cycle? women folk ovulate (launch an egg) once a month. this occurs usuallly round a week to ten days after her era ends. you've a a lot larger probability of turning into pregnant once you've unprotected sex at the same time as ovulation is occurring. So if she is outwith this time, then the possibilities of being pregnant are even slimmer. Worst case state of affairs you carry on and purchase a being pregnant attempt at the same time as she is next due her era. yet i doesn't propose this. in case you go away it to then and he or she is pregnant. then you're searching at an abortion (or having a touch one). while in case you'll arise with the morning after pill, you may end a being pregnant forming interior the first position. good success.

dont freak out! if you started to take the pill when you were supposed to, and you decided to use condoms too, there's nothing to worry about! if the condom didnt protect you, the pill did!
