toilet paper in your ears its a cheap fix. if you can get a loan insulate the wall with foam insulation.

the best way is to show ur disapproval by not getting upset ... but to match their noiselevel .... if they have the radio blasting ... sit a couple of speakers from ur 500watt stereo in the window facing their way and blast it for awhile when theyre being noisy ....be sure to only do it when they are noisy .....if its the tv use the same idea but a talk radio or somthing .... if its somthing else like loud banging ... get the lawnmower out and turn it on and leave it running next to their side of the property awhile .... be sure to use reservation and only do it when theyre loud and sooner or later they will get the mesage .... kids that are loud theres nothing u can do about ... maybe befriend them and kindly ask and explain u like it when its quiet ...

Once you have politely asked them to keep it down,you can purchase 4'x8' sheets of pink foam insulation pretty cheap at Home Depot or your favorite hame center. Jut use drywall screws nd screw it to the noisy side. you can also get yourself "L" brackects to afix the panels to the wall.

Tell them they are too loud, if you have an aparment tell your landlord and let them deal with it, if you are in a condo or town home call the police and tell them to shut up.
