...I'm freezing, though I have the heating turned on, I'm sat in front of a fire, and I'm wearing a big jumper. Am I suffering from 'sympathy flu'?...

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy...It sucks having flu...I've had it 3 times in my whole life I don't even usually catch a cold,but this is lethal it's really took the wind out my sails...My advice don't even suffer in sympathy with it and get checked out to make sure it ain't the real deal cos it HURTS

Put on a hat. Keeps the heat inside you. People also loose a lot of heat through feet and hands as well. Warm slippers can be very helpful.

Also, you may want to take some vitamin C and a multi-vitamin just in case.

It sounds like you may have thin blood, you need to take some vitamin C, and omega3, B12 helps alot,, i was the other way, i went to a warm state and was burning up, i had to take blood thinners, then when i went back to the cold i was freezing, i was told to take the things mentioned above to help, and they did give them a try. i hope this helps you, good luck and i hope you the best health.

I've got chills, they're multiplyin.. And I'm looooosing control.. Lalalal. Thankfully, I don't know the rest of the lyrics. I fully intend to swing on the next bus home though and warm you up as quick as I can..

Unless this is new symptom you could be coming down with the flu, otherwise get your thyroid check. You might be hypothyroid.
