As a gay person i would like to inform you that turning your friend bisexual is impossible. Sexuality is something that is set in stone and is not changeable. As gays we want people to respect our sexuality and not persecute us for ti but on the other hand you should respect the sexuality of straight people. You can, by social standards, ask him if he is gay or bi or even proposition him for sex; however, trying to force him if he says no or constantly badgering him about it is unacceptable. Just respect his decision on what to do or not do with you. If he is straight then there is still a chance that he will agree to do something with you but it wont make him bi or gay.

People have been telling you what you already know: if he doesn't have any bisexual or same-sex capacity now, he never will. Let me tell you what they haven't: even if he was, indeed, bisexual or a closeted homosexual, it would be highly unethical of you to 'convince' him of anything, or 'persuade' him into wanting to be with you. You say he's a friend, and last time I checked, friends don't try to use coercion of any kind on one another- they don't apply pressure and make people do what they don't necessarily want to.
Are you understanding me? Leave him be if you are truly friends. If not, then sure, take a whack at 'turning him'. It'll be a fine endeavor, because it just may cost you this so-called 'friendship'.

Sorry man, you can't. I mean, if he's moving around on the Kinsey scale then maybe. And, I once knew two guys who were straight but in love with each other and very happy. But it doesn't happen every day and chances are you should find someone else to be with, who wants to be with you.

to offer you a honest answer on your question, you need to place a gun to his head. yet, you in all danger are not this form of man or woman who could try this. demise-threats are going to get you into hardship, so the real answer is which you won't be in a position to. without entering into some criminal hardship, you are able to't convince your pal to no longer be Bi.

You can't. All you can do is find out if he is actually straight or if he is bi. You cannot change from one to another. If he says he is straight, take his word for it and move on.

just like you can't really change someone from being gay to being straight (as much as the christian right would love to believe it)
you cannot make someone gay if they are straight.
same for bisexual or anything.
your friend is who he is
and if you were a good friend, you'd leave it be.

Anything is possible... but my answer is... Nerp!
I had someone try this on me. No way. Let him dry hump me a few times but he caught me off guard. But no way. I'm straight and there's no way I'm switching teams.
