There is people down here now living on 300 a month. It depends on how much you are willing to ruff it. the good life cost money and so does beer.

Illegally ... yes! Legal requirements for long term visa is about $1200us.
There are $50 apartments but I couldn't live in them

depend on the area that you would like to live i am living there now and it can work it all depends on where you are looking to live and trust me i have lived a few places in mexico
