try setting your alarm a few minutes earlier so you have time to set the snooze button. Also try jumping right into the shower after you get out of bd, which will help wake you up. Get some things ready the night before such as packing your lunch or picking out your outfit in order to save time. Keep the rest of the house at a comfortable temperature so getting out of bed isn't so miserable.

I read an article on this a couple years ago and heres the advice it gave:

Set your alarm clock across the room so you will actually have to get up and get out of bed to turn it off.

Take a Spray bottle and put some icecubes in it before you go to bed. When you wake up spray it directly on you're face. It will help to wake and refresh you.

Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep. (Getting less than 6 can actually kill off some brain cells)

Don't drink water before you go to bed. Having to get up in the middle of the night will make you more tired in the morning.

Crack your shades. Natural sunlight can help wake a person up. This way when its morning the light will shine in and make it harder to stay in bed than a dark room would.

I always hit the snooze twice so I have a little time to lay there and wake up and then I make a pot of coffee as soon as I get out of bed. Coffee is the only thing thyat gets me going in the morning. If you dont like the way coffee tastes, put some flavored creamer and a little milk in it, that helps a lot. =)

This is what I do, and its helped me a lot.

1. Try to go to bed earlier to get more sleep
2. Set your alarm clock 15-20 ahead of the real time
3. Put the alarm clock far enough away, where you have to get up, and shut it off.
4. I used to take my showers at night, but I actually find it better to take it in the morning, it wakes you up.

Go to bed early, put the alarm clock on the other side of the room so you have to get up, then go wash your face with warm water.

or if you have time in the mornings take a hot shower.

Set your alarm 10 minutes early and make sure its loud and somewhere you can't reach it. Once you get up to turn your alarm off go straight to the shower a hot shower always wakes me up and gets me going early in the morning!

You have to build a schedule, your body has it's own natural alarm clock, but if you fight against it, it won't work for you. Try to get up everyday at the same time, after a while your body will program itself to wake up. The best thing you can do is following a set schedule.

i hate going to bet early but sometimes you have to do it. and also first thing wash your face and turn on a light and have something to eat. it will make you feel like your actually like doign something other than just sitting or lying in bed trying to wake up. and maybe you could work harder at your day and so the nigth before you will be tired that always helps for me! Basically it is goiong to have to become a habit. It will be hard and you can't sleep in on any day. Naps are acceptable. Crank up the music really loud on your alarm clock. This will jolt you out of bed so fast you wont be able to go back to sleep.

put your alarm clock on the other side of the room , keep a stereo next to you and just when the alarm goes off turn your music up high and jump up . dance about and then run to the bathroom and wash your face :> i do it every day woooow its so fun loll i recommend it to every 1
