Where can I buy SBU/imported cars in Malaysia.?

My friend bought a BMW -SBU version in KL for lower price.
Anyone knows any agents for imported cars? Is it a wise move?

is it CBU?
you wont't find any cheap car in malaysia - even proton and perodua. govt impose very, very high tax on imported cars
Not a wise move - it may be a smuggled or stolen car, that's why the price is low
