I'm a teacher and my manager is going to install some cameras onto the walking areas of students. Do you think she should do it or no?

I'm not comfortable with the idea. I already suspect they are in place in some areas. I think they are at my job. I've run into them before, because I've found pics of myself online that I didn't put there.

worked in retail and we had security cameras. these were not there to catch any clerk doing anything wrong but was for their protection in case a customer stole or tried robbing the store. personally liked the idea as it was much better than the alternative of not having protection. the security tapes were placed where no one robbing the store could get to them as an added precaution. these precautions helped when the store was robbed

I don't like the idea of surveillance, but these days...sometimes it's necessary.
