They only get to have it. It goes on into Congress also. This new reform bill, has Section 22 added unto it, you won't hear about it unless you dig. If passed this will stop Conservative Organizations that put out news and info on issues that involve values and other govermental issues offering emails to your representives out of commission. They will put so much red tape and fines added it will make them impossable to continue. This same act then will stop the public from knowing how they are acting on these issues in office. So they are trying to take our Freedom of Speech and Right to Know away. It hasn't passed yet, there were a lot of petitions going out on it.

Because they feel that only THEIR opinion is the one worth speaking...opposing viewpoints need to be silenced.
I find it interesting that liberals shoot their mouths off with all kinds of garbage like the crap we see in "Fahrenheit 9/11", but when it comes to a TV miniseries based on the events leading up to 9/11 that doesn't look as "in their favor", THEY'LL be the ones trying to get it removed.
I don't recall a single Republican doing that after Michael Moore's fairytale came out!
Face it...Liberals will generally turn into Communists when it suits them.

I doubt that's true but I hope you do realize that Freedom of Speech does not mean that you can say anything you want at anytime you want, especially on Yahoo!. Did you even look at the TOS?

LOL
"freedom of speech for me, not for thee!"
they want to be able to say anything they want, but they get mad when someone tells them some facts or something that goes against what they perceive as the truth. they're obviously afraid we might "contaminate" them with some sense.
*note: speaking generally, not in all cases. some of them actually do practice what they preach.

I only report people who violate the Yahoo terms of service.
Nothing to do with freedom of speech.

Most likely no more frequently than others, here.
This is hardly what one would call a serious, mature political forum. At any time, roughly 50% of the questions and answers are either insincere, abusive, insulting, or just nonsense.

The Liberal should really imply that one is Liberal any more than the name Conservative should imply one is conservative. Both sides could be considered guilty of trying to stifle anyone who disagrees with them.

Same reason that they are trying to censor talk radio....
They want free speech, as long as it supports their warped little point of view
