I wear 2 tshirts underneath a regular shirt.
If its really cold i wear two pairs of white tube socks.
And if i have the time i put on thermal underwear.
Of course gloves and a tightly closed jacket keeps the heat in.
A hat always helps. Ski caps are the best.

Nice top (perhaps pretty twin set), thick material (maybe wool) knee length skirt, think opaque tights and knee high boots. A real winner...
