I was told when I bought the motherboard and processor that it would go as high as 3.2 GHz.

Why does my processor speed always stays at 2200 mhz, or 2.20 GHz.

Overclock it, which is dangerous and can overheat your machine if you dont know what you are doing...

To get the Processor to the 3,200 speed, you need to overclock it...

You can try doing this from your BIOS, when your pc starts up hit the DELETE key or F2 or something to enter your BIOS, in there should be options to overclock your processor and set bus speeds etc...

Pentium processors always run at what they say they are, amds always run less than they say unless you overclock.

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND overclocking unless you know what you are doing, you can overheat it and fry it if you do it wrong.

VENICE CORE CPU TO 2500 MHZ STABLE WITH A ARTIC COOLING FREEZER i found that on a site and can not verify. point to note... even though you may have the same memory, cpu, mobo, set up as someone doesnt mean you will get the same results. there are small diffenences like manufactured date and the things that can break you,e.g.. the case and the amount of fans ands air flow are inportant if you oc.
just research and you can get what you set out 2 do.
