Hi, Pregnancy is not painful unless it is a tubular pregnancy or miscarriage. A miscarriage is usually accompanied with some spotting or bleeding, so my guess is you are not pregnant. To be on the safe side you should see a doctor ASAP. Good Luck!

No, i always get cramps like that, it can be several things, something that everyone knows menstural cramps, also, it can be over eating, not eating, or some stomach virus. I get it alot after sex, also it can be becuase you tubes are cloged, this happeneds because u don't keep you slef warm. It doesn't have to be pregnancy, but to keep your self safe take a test.
