Absolutely,Where I live people come to work and never even obtain a drivers license.They stop at a corner and there's not even a stop sign there.The good thing is is that you know when that happens to look out they have no insurance or license.......

I wish that I could ennumerate all the irratating, nasty thoughts that I have about other drivers' inability to function a vehical propperly, but I don't have that much time right now.

absolutely....they really need to make some tighter regulations on people that are allowed to drive.
