I just have a quick question about child support. If a man or a woman sign their rights off are they still held responsible for paying child support. My family has been arguing about this for a week, lol. Thanks

If a biological parents signs their rights away they are not obligated to pay child support. However, most courts will not allow this unless another person is there ready to adopt the child, like a step-parent.
