Using one million I would pay off debts,and go on a shopping spree for clothes a car and a nice home (nothing too flashy). Then I would donate the rest to my church, schools in the community, charities, and orphanages.

I'd do a 22hr hour talent / academic show etc. to find some employable people who could teach and improve the lives of other people. I would sign them on an excellent, well paid (and paid upfront) contract and send them to projects around the world, to teach young people arts, education, media dance.

Otherwise I would give 12 hours to advertise scholarships for people from the 3rd world to study in UK / US universities and pay the fees and rent/ allowance, before the 24 hrs was up!

I would set up a trust fund to provide medical care for those who can't afford it and a trust fund for education. I'm not a saint, I just have a good job and I make enough to take care of my family and myself. If I were like so many now struggling to get by, I'd be spending it on me and mine!
