hovering on bottom of page, no double arrow??? still cant get it back

By taskbar, do you mean the entire bottom bar with the Start button aswell? If so then it's easy to get it back. Simply move your mouse to the bottom of the screen until your mouse changes to a double headed arrow. Then click and move up until you can see your task bar. Hope this helps.

Put your mouse at the very bottom of teh xcreen see if you get a double sided arrow if you do click and drag it upwards.

Do you have a "Windows" (logo) key on your keyboard? You can click that to bring up the start menu. Then Control Panel.

If you don't have that key, you can search for shortcut keyboard commands. They differ depending on the version of Windows and your keyboard.

It's probably at the top, or on one of the sides of the screen - move your cursor to the extremities of the screen and when you see it drag and drop it back where you want it
