I am trying to figure out if the average 28 days is from the first day of your last period or the last day of your last period, I am so confused.

28 days is the average amount of days from ur last day of your period. Lets say u got ur period 0n 1/15/07 and you have your period for 5 days, so it ends on 1/20/07, u need to add 28 days to 1/20/07, if your cycle is average then your next period should be 2/17/07.

It always starts on the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period. Keep in mind that every woman is not a 28 day woman. I am 32 days and very regular. I can almost pinpoint the time of day I will start my period but a lot of people are not that lucky.

The first day of your last period. Some women are very regular some are not. It is not all ways exactly 28 days.

It is from the first day of your last period. Not all cycles are regular though so don't worry if yours isn't an exact number of days. Mine was 32-36 days and that was normal.

It really depends. I am on the pill and have my period every 26 days. It depends on your body, stress levels, and even other meds that you may be taking. Keep a diary and it should be able to help you see around the time you have your period :)
