Put ice on it and move your fingers between compressions no matter how much it hurts. If it was broken you would not be able to move it. You want to get the blood flowing; and keep ice on it for as long as you can. You fingers may be good by tomorrow but only you can decide that.

With this type of injury, you want to use the RICE approach, which is an acronym for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.
--Rest--it is what it means. No bending or flexing. Even if your fingers are broken, you may still be able to move them depending where the break is. That also means no sports until you go to the doctor, who can determine if they're broken, etc.
--Ice--Applying cold will reduce swelling. A good rule of thumb is 15 minutes on and then 15 minutes off. Frozen peas left in the bag work well in place of ice--just place them back in the freezer and re-use (of course, you then shouldn't actually eat them later). You also want to keep at least a thin layer of protection/cloth between you and the peas or ice to ensure that you'r fingers don't get too cold, which could damage them.
--Compression--taping them together is fine for now, until you can see a doctor.
--Elevation--keeping your hand propped up will reduce swelling and make it better.
As others have noted, you really should see a doctor and likely get x-rays. If they're broken, you'll most likely receive a splint. If it's a more serious break, the doctor may suggest other treatment, too.

In my opinion I feel that you have definetely done something to your fingers, I would go get them checked out by your doctor, and I definetely wouldnt play sports yet until you figure out if you actually did something to them or not. Also, try buddy wrapping them together and put some ice on them which might reduce any swelling and will help with the purply blue color.

You should go get the fingers checked out at the docs office and no you should not be playing sports. You most likely will want to have a splint on them but have them checked at the doc and he will advise what to do.

Well, go to the doctor or to the ER-get them x-rayed. It's the only way to tell. You might want to do this soon, if they are broken and you don't have them treated, you could suffer from permanent nerve damage. Good Luck!
