it's human nature to be drawn to what we don't understand. Like, why are we sending probes to space? because we don't know what's out there and it intrigues us.
it's like Frosty Fries. ( 1 part icecream, 1 part fries, use icecream as dipping sauce for fries) it's different than what we are used to so we pursue it. that's why people explored the world to find new lands way back when.
