can anyone believe the patriots? 21-6 going into the second half and they just lose at the end. Im a die hard Patriots fan and i couldnt believe it. I am ashamed great job you morons blowing a 21-6 lead to a 34-38 lose jesus christ. What are your thoughts?

As Nance and Simms pointed out numerous times, it is the Colts In the 2003 meeting the Patriots were up like17 billion to 3 and held on to win with the last second goal line stand. If any team can come back from a 21-3 deficit, it is the Colts.

I have a buddy that's a Pats fan. He was shocked too, I was indifferent. I understand your pain. But keep in mind, you guys really should have lost against the Chargers and had some luck in that battle to win. Plus I feel the Chargers just blew it. Did you notice the Colts just went down when he picked off the ball instead of trying to return it? Smart. Chargers should have known that. The Pats had a great run the past bunch of years and they should be good next year. So the sting of the lost will go away in a few days. Just as long as the Colts beat the Bears, a crappy team that has no business being in a Super Bowl.

I agree...I'm devastated by it...I'm a diehard Patriots fan, but where the hell was Bruschi, Colvin, and the rest of the defense in the second half?...Samuel should have intercepted Manning on the final drive...

Many Patriots were recovering from the flu and/or other illnesses and they just wore down at the end.
They are still a great team.

i really wanted NE to win... i watched the whole freakin game.. which is huge for me... since i normally dont watch footballl.... and what happens... crap... too many players on the field at one time, that bugged eyed kid dropping the ball twice... it was disgraceful...
