Well dear, that all depends on what you wear with that skirt. It sounds like you may be kind of young, so why not try a great pair of uggs with your skirt or a pair of tights to keep your legs a bit warmer if you are still determined to wear a skirt. Otherwise, I would just wait until summer time to wear the minis.

I don't think that degrees matters because it depends on the person. If you put on a skirt and walk outside and your cold you would go change right? So degree's really don't matter, to me anyways.

Haha.. well, I would make sure your skirt CAN be worn to school first (like it follows your dress code) because you could get in trouble! and i think to wait till spring-ish time to start wearing a skirt... but i bet if its warmer where you live you could start wearing them in early Febuary without looking silly!

no just wear a long sleeve top or a jacket or try leggings. or in the morning put your skirt on go outside and see if its too cold

no we had this debate when i was a schoolboy and had the opposite argument in summer when us boys had to wear a blazer shirt and tie -with the top button fastend at all times -just part of adhering to school dress

It depends for if you are a total hottie then its fine but if you are a fuggly fatty I suggest you wear a car cover or stay at home.
