iam unable to install Java on this PC?

Question is unclear but assuming all else is fine and you run XP and getting an error message when trying to install. Go to Java.com and download the Manual installation file....

Just copy the Installation file on the disk first and then start installation from the local Hard disk. This may install java without any problem.
