I want to know what should I do in my conditions. I know that I can have medical assistance with my social security but I really don´t know how to start or where to go. Can someone please give me some direction? I just have 1.5 months of pregnancy but I need to start taking medical care and assistance. I don´t have a private insurance and I don´t have the money to pay private doctors and hospitals. Thank you very much for answering as soon as possible.

What I did was go to a family planning center for low income people. They gave me paperwork to sign up for medicaid.
Go to dhs, or the welfare office. But you have to have a postive pregnancy test.
Good luck and if you need to talk email me

Check out your phone book and look at the government pages for Family resources. You should be able to check out what programs you qualify.
You might also just try www.texas.gov and see if you can find resources there. You could also call just about any OB/GYN office or even a Planned Parenthood office and ask about where you can go to get resources.
Good for you for asking and looking out for this baby.
Good luck!

Go to a family planning clinic, there's bound to be one in your area, they'll point you in the right directions.
