in ie7, how to change the positions of the fixed toolbars?

in ie7, the positions of the back/forward buttons, the webpage toolbar, the default search bar, the ie tabs, and the customize buttons can't be changed. how do change their positions/sizes/or delete them?

Noway ,I think will update again by Microsoft

first right click and make sure that ur toolbar isnot locked if it is unlock it go over the the left hand side of the toolbar there should be a couple of dots or somthing like that click on it and drag it
