What do ppl normally wear when they go tanning indoors(tanning booths/salons)? is it the nude?

Here’s what to expect when you go to the salon to have a sunbed - you’ll be shown to a private room where there’s one sunbed. You get undressed and lie on your back; once you’re set you pull the lid over you and switch the bed on. It will emit a very bright ultra-violet light and you’ll need to wear goggles, which will be provided. Halfway through you can turn over; there should be a little beep to let you know. You’ll get very hot and probably sweat a lot. If you’re claustrophobic you may find the experience to be rather unpleasant.
Sunbeds emit high levels of UVA rays – think A for aging – and lower levels of UVB – think B for burning. Evidence suggests that a small dose of UVB in conjunction with the high dose of UVA as used in solariums is a cause of skin cancer. The Cancer Society of New Zealand is against the use of sunbeds. Not only can they potentially cause cancer, it’s also like stepping into an aging machine. Do you really want to pay money to look wrinkly and old?

I really varies from person to person. Most go nude so that they do not get tan lines where some just tan in their underwear. The rooms are private so it is at your discretion as what you would like to do. Tanning lotions...I have 2 favorites that have bronzers in them to speed up the color process, Generation X in the brown bottle and Black with the dragon on it. They are a little pricey but the results are worth the money.

you get your own room for tanning salons, you can go naked no problem they clean off the surface after you leave. NO tan lines, but get something to cover your face from burns and some lotion with spf you still can get hurt inside*

When I went tanning, I left a thong on and that's it. Most guys find tan lines attrative. Do whatever your comfortable with, but clean the tanning bed before AND after your done with it!!!
