No kids and no property sound like you are a prime candidate for doing that. What about debt though? if it is lopsided they'll still go 50/50 so make sure you are good with shouldering 50% of the debt too.

A; I'm not so sure about that but I would guess it was a scam. Be prepared to possibly lose your money and still not have proper representation. Get a good lawyer which paying the fees doesn't necessarily mean they will be good. I would suggest buying a guide on how to find the best divorce lawyer for your money.
B;Let's back up though. Do you think that if you give your life over to the Lord Jesus that He could restore your marriage? I would try that first. Either way it goes, you need God's comfort and guidance at this time. The spiritual battle is not fought well in the physical realm only through carnal means. I got saved after divorce. I still get financial benefits after divorce that could not possibly have been garnered through legal means whatsoever (or predicted) and am holding to faith that my marriage will be reconciled. With God all things are possible. (2)Try counseling and prayer and only resort to divorce as a last option for survival or safety of yourself or your children if any.

Most Courts accept e-filings and some prefer it. If you have property or debts or children, you should hire a lawyer. If it's simple, I'd still suggest you spend the money for a consultation with a lawyer. If you folks have retirement accounts, there are certain forms that have to be filed and they can be quite technical.

No you can not file for a divorce online, you can however get the paperwork online to fill out for a divorce, but then you have to take it to the court house in order to get it recorded..after you have filled it out..You can go under legal documents and pay for the paper work and have it printed out on your computer, this will save some time....maybe run it over during lunch?you don,t have to pay $900 dollars for an attorney, you can walk that divorce through yourself,I did..after you have it filed at the court house you will have a carrier deliver the papers to him to sign,it is very simple ,they can instruct you at the court house as to how to handle it...you wait 3 months and then you call and get a court date and then they will send you your court date and you go before the judge....and he grants it.simple

particular. maximum jurisdictions have self-serve archives available which purely could desire to be filled out and filed in accordance to the learning. it extremely is significant to be conscious that those could desire to truly purely be utilized in an UNCONTESTED divorce that would not have any problems including important sources, sources or babies. in case you have important sources, sources or babies, you extremely could desire to get a lawyer - whether the divorce is going to be uncontested. sturdy luck to you.
