I was online yesterday but this morning i couldn't get connected. I use Road Runner and I have the tall stand-up router with the green lights. The top 2 lights are lit but not the 2 below them (Send, Online). I am obviously getting power so I am guessing i have a cable loose.

The problem could be with your ISP.
If you are using a router, there should be a modem that is connected into the "internet" port on the router. Check to make sure that this is the case...if not...then your modem has been disconnected. If in the back of your "Router" is a standard cable (like the one that goes into the back of your TV) then you do not have a router this is your modem. In this case...make sure that wall wires are securely fastened as far as you can tell...unplug the power and plug it back in after about 5 seconds. Also you may see a reset button in the back of the modem. Press and hold for about 5 seconds, and release. Give it about a minute to come back up....if you end up with the same Lights. then Call RoadRunner....they have a problem.

Try rebooting the routher (unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in). Then rebooting your computer. It may be an issue with your DHCP address your computer recieved from the router.
