Strange? Weird? Not at all! There are probably a highter number of people running around who do enjoy than many would think. Some solo, some with a partner, some more than a partner.
I think a lot starts in the shower, bathtub, hot tub or swimming pool and there are elements of pleasure at many levels for those who indulge.
As long as it's SSC (safe, sane, consensual), go for it! My only thought is the delicacy with which you might approach a potential partner if you're not certain they are as into watersports as you might be. Good luck, and peace out!!!

Well, I'm a pyromaniac, so my friends get scared anytime I play with flames. I just love running my finger through that small dancing flame burning atop the wick of any random candle my lighter hits. I also stand real close to fire as often as I can, near a fire place, gas stove, bonfire, etc. I sometimes practice the form of self- mutilation by burning streaks into my hand with a lighter or a small candle. Now if you were in my friends' shoes, don't you think that would scare you sh!tless?

There isnt' anthing wrong with enoying anything that doesn't , unwantingly harm yourself or your partner. You do need to make sure that the person your with is into it though, or it might mess things up
