Anything that has molecules will make sounds because sound is made by collision of particles.

If you flying through one, it'll change the wind noise you get from your plane as they're quite a bit more dense than air so tend to muffle sound quite well. But they don't really make noise by themselves - thunder & lightning, I guess you could claim, but that's the release of electric charge generated in the cloud, not the cloud itself.

yes, everything technically makes sound, but a noticable noise? hmm, would you consider thunder, which is the bypoduct of lightning which is CAUSED by electrical discharge in clouds. thats the only thing i can think of.

Have you ever been in a fog? Clouds make exactly the same sound as fog.

I'm sure there are turbulances in them which would make sounds like any wind or gusts of wind.
