It's grammatically incorrect. And it's usually said when you pretend that you don't know something, but actually you don't want to say it (for some reason).

It's a grammatical train wreck. They probably want to indicate indicate that they know nothing about anyone, which might be more accurately expressed thus:
"I don't know anything about anybody, " or " I know nothing about anybody."
It may be that the heavy-handed repetition of the negative is used for emphasis, but the sentence lands rather like lead on the ear.

If you break it down literally it means : I know something about nobody. Which is of course impossible. That's what you get into when you use triple negatives.
