Driver means many things and there are many drivers for each computer...

What kind of driver do you need? Soundcard? Chipset? Ethernet? Modem? CD ROM? DVD ROM?

I'm in the exact same boat. I have the W350A, had to reinstall Windows because my hard drive crashed and my serial number is the one sticker on the case that wore off. The gateway site offers no help for this problem other than a utility that supposedly discovers your serial number for you. Unfortunately, the utility, which is an active x control, won't work for me and I think it's because the hard drive isn't stock (go figure). I hate Gateway...

Driver for what? There are probably 100 different drivers in the average PC! Sound drivers, video drivers, all kinds of hardware drivers!
