hi there,

have u ever called up call center of your mobile operators?
If yes,
Q.1. how many times u have called?
Q.2. for what queries did u call ur call center operator? (eg: roaming, bill clarification, caller tunes, etc.,)

answers will be highly appreciated.
am compiling a report on Call center traffic of Mobile operators.

any help will be highly appreciated.

yes i have
1. didn't count but i'd say around 10 times i think it should be, maybe even more
2. usually i call them to get to know about new tariffs, how to change some of my options, also couple time i called them to ask about roaming - when i went to spain and ukraine, and france. Our call-center is very nice, people are polite (cause they have to of course), and always helping.

On other not very important and new things i look up at their web-site, it also has all the information about it!

I have called maybe 4 times in the past year.

Once because there was a clear mistake on my bill and I was being overcharged. They said that it was indeed an error, corrected it and gave me my new balance.

Twice it was for bill clarification - explaining charges that I wasn't expecting after signing up for new services.

Once to ask for a payment extension - people don't judge - it was for the December payment and I was trying to juggle a good Christmas for my 10 yr old daughter - I'm a single parent and I've never gotten child support - so give me a break!

I even have observed as my operators call focus on 3 or 4 situations in 9 months to make sparkling my suggestions that I chosen on my plan, what some new constructive components have been, & to acquire greater constructive components on my cellular internet. wish it helps

YES! I have had to call about 4 times in 5 years for my balance, minutes used (as they are never accurate) and contract changes.

yes. for billing error, gprs and mms setting, change of plans. a number of times.

yup i did many times.couldn't remember how many.
i called them regarding my load conversion, it's more on cases involving my credit.
