Batman is in a totally higher league than Green Arrow. Physically he is better, and mentally he is the best. If he can not beat you hand to hand, he will FIND a way to beat you.
Honestly, is there ANYONE that Batman can not take? I suppose in a boxing ring with no resources there are a number of Super Hero's who could beat him.
But if you mean going to war with someone...where Bats has the time to think and plan... no one can best him. Not even Superman. That has been proven time and time again in the comics. Batman will find a way (kryptonite for example).

Batman would win. Green Arrow has some nice artillery, he just doesn't stand a chance against Batman.

That’s an excellent pair to fight! They both have their specialties. And Ollie Queen is a good brawler.
But I would have to give this to the Batman. He is more versatile. GA’s specialty is the bow, and once Batman uses something like a smoke bomb from his utility belt, then Ollie can’t see where to aim, while barman has had lots of practice sneaking around in pitch blackness. Also, Batman knows more different kinds of martial arts than GA does, (even if he DOES have Black Canary to teach him!)
Don’t get me wrong, Green Arrow is a fine crime fighter. It’s just that Batman is more flexible where GA is specialized. That gives Batman an edge.

Green Arrow all the way batman is great and kick *** of course but Green Arrow just went though a whole new set of training been taught be the one who taught death stroke.
So I say Green Arrow or a tie.

I'd say Batman, but not by as big a margin as everyone thinks.
Oliver Green is a very talented marksman - something that Batman is not.
However, Batman's training and artillary win in the end in a very close matchup.

Batman for sure. He is so resourceful and super intelligent. Its up for debate whether or not Superman could even beat Batman because he is so clever.

BATMAN no doubt.
1st he has enough equips to match the other guy.
2nd he has the skills to back it up.
3rd he has the brains to match the skills and the equips
4th he the only superhero w/o superpowers who could actually put up a fight with superman.
