The first thing should take is a decent protein shake, just to ensure you're getting enough protein and calories as that's the most important thing to get right..

I then use creatine, which is excellent for gains in strength and size -I've used it on and off for years and it really works. I've used a number of products, but find that mazimuscle products mix the best -They do a number of products, but I would suggest one of these two:- 'cyclone' is a good all-in-one, with quality protein and creatine that you take twice a day. Then there's 'creatine 8000GL' (or whatever it's called), which is basically creatine with some added extras to aid absorbtion by your body. You will get great results with both (provided that you have a quality high protein diet, plus exercise and sleep well).

I also take ZMA which is a non-expensive mineral support formula, which can boost testosterone production and thereby increase muscle building.

You should also have a good essential fatty acid (EFA) supplement -Udo's choice is a good brand, and you can mix it in with your shakes.

There are a number of products on the market with steroid-like names that mess with your hormones -stay away from these! they list numerous side effects such as oily skin etc -tried one for a month and was really really depressed! not worth it..

so, yes -start with creatine and ZMA (and EFA's) -take it for 6 weeks to two month then stop for two to three weeks -this is because your body get used to it. when you stop for those two/three weeks, you should also change your workout from a heavy mass gaining workout to doing high reps -this helps your body from plateauing out. Then after a couple of weeks of this, go back to the heavy routine and the creatine -it works great.

Are you just sick of the typical diet programs have been soon after the diet regime finish the further pounds are just coming and coming soon after finish the diet regime? Are you encounter the reality that once your body will get employed to a diet plan then this diet plan gets significantly less effective above time due to the fact your physique adjusts to compensate?

maybe look at your diet? you should have at least 6 meals a day...(some can be liquid) but you need approx 40-50 gms protein per meal.this is most hard-gainers problem ..train too hard don't eat enough.

i've tried alot of supplements and none work, and having a high matabalism its even worse. so someone told me to have a banana and a glass of milk, together, and it seems to work, making me bulkier. and another 3 glasses of milk throughout the day with plenty of water. keeping it all natural.

ENDOTHIL CR...look it up online and judge for yourself. It worked wonders for my fiance. It works like a steroid, but it's not a steroid, it's all natural.
