First - congratuations on quitting - I wish I had done it years ago. As it is I stopped coming on 2 years now. In the first year I noticed the discolouration of my teeth and talked to my dentist. Your teeth are not going yellow - they are cleaning up. It took about 18 months for the stains to be gone from my teeth and for them to start looking white again.
In the meantime - use a tooth POLISH not paste - eg, pearl drops, arme & hammer - and dont resort to the harsh OTC whitening products. Your dentist will give them a polish if you ask.
Well done - and hang in there - soon your skin and hair will improve too - and you smell sooooooo much nicer.

So since a lot of people are complaining and are in shock that you're 14 anad quit smoking, what ever. There are younger kids who drink.
Anyway, congrats on quitting, I know it's hard, I just quit recently myself. Whitening strips are the best thing you can do. Even going to your dentist and asking them for bleaching can be possible too. All the tar and smoke in the cigarettes has just done a lot of damage on your teeth, but hey it's still possible to turn your teeth back into lovely pearly pearls. Try the whitening strips or bleach kits in the dental aisle at any store. Good luck and congrats on quitting!

Crest white strips are bad for your teeth, those are only recomended if you are over 18. What they do is remove some of the enamel on your teeth which is stained. That makes your teeth unhealthy, and they get yellow faster, so you buy it again and the company gets their money, and they are happy and don't care if you need surgery to put enamel back on your teeth, which is a very painfull process.
Brush your teeth after every meal with cold water, not warm, and here are more tips:

If you have a really important date or dance coming up, before it brush with a little baking soda on your toothbrush. Only do this once in a while, because it wears off enamel. The night before the important event, brush with peroxide but be careful not to swallow, it'll get you sick. It will also turn your gums white for a few hours because of cuts in your gums from the cigarrettes (they put fiberglass in cigarettes to get nicotine into your blood faster). Don't repeat this for over a week or your tongue will develope black fur.
Congrats on the decision to stop smoking, it was a good decision.

could be several reasons that your teeth turn. Maybe gum disease? Maybe from things you drink such as cofee or tea? You may also be brusing too hard and brushing the enamel off your teeth? Try rinsing your mouth prior to brushing with peroxide. Only use a small amt and swish in your mouth for about two or three minutes. This might help.

First of congrats on quiting. You are too young to become addicted to such a disgusting habit. Smoking is only one of the causes your teeth may be yellowing. It could be hereditary or it could be from the beverages you consume along with your eating and hygene habits. Try cutting your intake of pop and using a whitening toothpaste first along side with a good mouthwash. You may also try the Crest Whitestrips, they work pretty good if used correctly and are much less costly than dental whitening and less painful. My suggestion is to try those things along with a visit to the dentist for a cleaning.

Well done you for quitting, I'm 14 too and both my parents smoke - I wish they would quit. Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste, maybe even pearl drops...if your parents know you smoke then ask them about it. Or you could always ask your dentist for ways to whiten them...
Sorry I couldn't be of more help

The first step is to quite smoking which you already have.
Use a special toothpaste made for whitening teeth.
If you want best results you have to visit a dentist to make a professional whitening.

Speak to your dentist! whitening kits are available in boots and other chemists, but get the advise of your dentist first to make sure you're not using one that whitens your teeth by stripping the enamel. they'll look great for a couple of days until they start to get sensitive and stain really badly!

The Crest Whitestips are quick, easy & relatively inexpensive. Congrats on quitting smoking, just dont start back up again, especially if you are going to bleach your teeth. Try not to drink dark colored drinks after bleaching your teeth either, unless you are drinking out of a straw. Drinking dark colored drinks will stain your teeth also.

Here in the U.S. you can go to the dentist to get your teeth whitened but it can get quite expensive. My mom resiently had her teeth whitened and they look awesome now. There might be something similar over there?
-cheerio
I sometimes use baking soda to brighten my teeth.
