My guess would be England because when they talk they kinda sound like the gays in America.

I think the percent of homosexuality is very much the same in every country's population. Due to the religious and political climates of some countries many people deny or hide their true sexual orientation. Canada, USA, UK, Belgium, Australia, Spain, Denmark, and the Netherlands probably have the highest per capita of out-of-the-closet homosexuals.

In study after study, year after year it looks like about 10% population of the world is gay. So I would think that the per capita basis is going to be very hard to put one country above others. All places have about the same number. The question is what has the highest per capita basis of people who are "out"?

Sexuality is universal, there is not an irregular 'higher' or 'lower' incidence of gays in any nationally-defined population.
We do know this, from Adolf Hitler's social 'experiment' -- Hitler killed all the gays in Germany in the gas chambers, and then 20 years after Hitler died, then was an equal population of new, younger gays born in Germany to replace those murdered.
Consequently we can conclude that variations in sexuality are constant and recurring in national groups.

I think America does, they have more areas that are mainly gay. England and Australia also have quite a lot.
well... not more than other places but are more open and less prejudice than other countries so gays come out more than staying closeted.

Opinions are all we actually have to go on. There's no fool proof method for counting gays in any country. Only ways of counting those who openly admit and who answer polls.
