Who said India is poor country? do you have any proof for that, Who are the people(the considers) delivers as poor country. They are look only on money not on the knowledge, Indians are more intelligent than all other country people. The bad impression created by politicians of India to get funds from all over world, one of these is POOR COUNTRY.

We are an atomic power.

Present power of UK pound is standing on the that gold which was looted by Britishers.

We can say so many reasons like population,unemployment, low per capita income, etc. Our economy is mainly based on Agriculture. More than 70 % of population are mainly depends on agriculture. We have achieved self sufficiency in agri based products. It is not enough for development. To strengthern our economy we have acheive growth in all segments like agriculture, industry, information technology etc.

evry year thousands die because of lack of access to neccessary medicines
or something as basic as food
we our on the verge of an AIDS epidemic.
rural areas mostly dont get electricity
