Pick up Psychonauts. It's the funniest game on a console, that I've found. The control is a bit misinformative (ingame, it still tutorials controls for the Xbox) but it's easily figured out. It's a great platformer as well.

SSX 3 was always a favorite of mine on the original XBox, and I continue to play it on my new XBox 360. It is backward compatible, and looks great. If you have an HDTV, you can stretch it to fill the whole screen and it still looks fine.

None really, newer versions will be out soon. Maybe Halo 2.
I would have said Foza Motorsport but the new one is out in 2 weeks and a new PGR is due soon as well.

it depends on the kind of games you're into but nija gaiden, blood omen2, bloodrayne, need for speed, and grand theft auto are a couple of my all time faves.
