There was talk that she might not. It could just be a contract negotiating ploy. But I'm pretty sure I saw something where she said she wasn't going to make up her mind until after they finished number 5 and then she had a bit of a break.
As fans of the movies we would hate to see her leave and break up the continuity of the films. But for the actor, remember they have basically given all of there teenage years to these films. Assuming they start filming #6 within a year of when they finish #5, Emma would be about 18 by the time it was finished and she started when she was either 10 or 11 when she started. And given that book 7 doesn't even have a publication date yet, who knows how many more years she would be tied up with the series if she decided to do all 7 movies.
I hope all the main characters stay until the end, but I would understand - especially with some of the kids - if they decided it was time to move on before the series was finished.

Well in the 6th film she is so acting in it but she's not sure about the 7th she wants to focus on school ok, thats the same for Daniel Radcliffe, don't be bombed out though its still a totally cool movie!

All the main characters are going to stay in the film. If it was you wont you want to stay in it? I mean what other film could they work on right now that would make a bigger hit?

I've heard that she's still undecided. But then she was undecided about doing #5 when she was filming #4 so it's a good chance she'll end up continuing her portrayal.

I believe she be a fool not to continue on. She is very important but she can be replaced and I am sure someone is ready and willing to fill her shoes.

I hope she does, but her character is not as important as the Harry and Ron characters, as long as they stay the same, it won't matter toooo much...
