Whats the big deal? Surely you know where to buy your underwear, ask them, they probably keep ladies lingerie as well. In case they don't they will be able to direct you. Use the Bangalore yellow pages. Order from the net. Open up to the sales guys they help you know!

Victoria Secert specializes in lingerie but there a lot of cheaper priced stores like Target that have some cute stufff. Make sure you get her something cute and comfy, nothing that will make her uncomfortable or offended.

Take your mother or sister along and ask them to select something.
Im sure they have more experience shopping for ladies under garments. They would also know which shops have the best offers.

Buy her a hat, with matching gloves, and a matching scarf, from Target, if it is cold, or if it is ever cold where you live.
Or if it's hot where you live buy her a DVD from Target, and an Ipod nano!
