This is not a frivolous inquiry. Serious responders only please. Beyond "unwelcome sex, accomplished by violence or the threat of violence," what are the mechanics of a "rape" wherein physical personal penetration other than digital is not possible?

Clearly some of you did not understand the question. Legal definition responses do not pertain to the question. This is a HOW question, so think of it in that light. How is it possible to "force" oral sex upon another woman? How is NONDIGITAL sex by "force or the threat of force" accomplished? I presume that females do not normally travel about with dildos in their purses. The response regarding date rape drugs was insightful and apropos--Thanks. This is a research point, and therefore not a "stupid question" -- so deal with the topic clinically, please.

Rape is a violent act. No sexual attraction is necessarily involved, and isn't in many cases. Women are raped in women's prisons as an act of violence towards them. Someone here mentioned broom handles, and there are other items that can be used. I'm sure in cases like this, there is more serious injury also.

Beyond unwelcome by threat of violence, I guess one could use drugs, or get the person drunk or something like that.
As far as the "other than digital" part, heck, that would pretty much be any other object. I read some other posts and someone already mentioned the "strap on" and someone wrote broom handle. Zuccinni or a bannana could also work, I guess. Any object that would fit I guess.
But I agree with the one poster, any activity that is UNWELCOMED would be a form of rape in my opinion.

Yea, yet, it extremely is not the intercourse it extremely is addicting. it extremely is the buzz. heavily, as an ex-cocaine AND heroin addict there's a difference. Substance habit, extraordinarily heroin and alcohol have severe actual indicators and the detox is merely terrible the two phys and psychological. intercourse habit is, for my section, extraordinarily much totally psychological. when I used to go out to objective to attain, i could in many situations get "ill" till now getting the dope. Why. Anticipation and the buzz of the chase. Adrenaline. the frenzy of doing some thing i knew i shouldn't do. yea, as quickly as the crap has have been given ya, your caught, even though it would not start up that way. they're going to on no account could desire to detox. Sexers are transforming into some thing from the act that gets them larger than an orgasm. and that's the habit. intercourse is merely the symptom, ...and an somewhat advantageous heat feeling on the top.

Legally, it may not be possible for one woman to rape another. In some states (like NC, and the famous "Duke Lacrosse" case), rape is legally defined as "penetration of the vagina by a penis". No penis means no rape.
Now, if you are talking about a non-legal sense, it is very possible for one woman to sexually assault another. Simply by using force, coersion, or the threat of violence will be enough to get an aggravated sexual assault charge levelled.
Digital is one method. As some other responders have noted, toys and non-sexually designed objects can be used. Oral sex is also possible. The victim can also be forced to perform acts using their fingers and/or mouth.

Rape can also occur when an older woman "seduces" a teen. The teen may consent, but if they're young and impressionable enough, it is rape: legally, physically, and emotionally. The introduction of substances that impair one's judgement, like alcohol or the date rape drugs, can also be used. I think that any kind of genital contact with an underaged or chemically impaired person could be considered molestation at the least.

Good question. In my opinion and unwanted sexual act being forced on another person is rape. However some states require a penis to actually penetrate the vagina to consider it rape. So from a legal standpoint I guess it depends on the state where it happens and what there laws specify. On a personal level any forced sexual act that is not wanted is considered rape in my opinion.

Studies indicate that women in prisons are just as likely to be raped as men are in their prisons, and in some cases even more likely. Think lesbian, you do not need a penis to force an unwanted sexual interaction. Women are simply not as much stronger than other women as men are, that is the only verifiable reason for a difference in liklihood and occurance between the two.

"Force" is not limited to physical force. Emotional forces, such as threats and blackmail, can be force. As for nondigital penetration, this does not have to refer to a dildo...a broom handle or host of other objects can (and have) been used in such scenarios. Whatever's handy, basically.

When a woman says no and there is unwanted sexual advances then that is rape - either by male parts or female parts.

They use a "strap on" device that in effect is a dildo (penis shaped) that is attached to a belt & sexual intercourse is preformed.
