My wife has smaller ears so the ones that came with it fall out of her ears. What is the best one to get?

i was having the same problem and i went to target last night and bought philips SHE9501 headphones (actually earbuds) they come with three sets of earbuds that fit extremely comfortable and have an amazing sound which was good because i only spent 30 bucks. They also come with an extension, an earbud case and a pouch for the headsets. cant beat it!!

Sony has some really good earphones. I have the Sony MDR-EX51LP earphones and haven't had a problem with them. They come with different sizes that you can attach for bigger or smaller ears and are really comfortable.

over the ear they dont go in so they wont fall out
