Is it possible to hook up surround sound to a computer?

I bought a surround sound system and can only get any 2 speakers or the main box to work at a time.

I have a 5.1 sound card.

Sound is set for surround sound. There was no manual with the speakers just a picture of where to plug the speakers into the box.

Only if your sound card or onboard sound is surround! If so, read the manual for your sound connections.

yes. u just have to play around with wiring but it eventually works

You need to have a 5.1 or 7.1 audiocard...
