Will I just feel it where the uterus is, or in other areas of my belly also? I am a first time mom, and I know I should be feeling something because I am having twins but am not sure what to look for.

You will first feel baby move in your lower abdomen. First movements are very hard to detect as they are very light movements. But once you feel it the first time it just gets stronger from there. Once baby starts to grow you will be able to feel it all over.

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I feel the baby move around about 2 inches below my belly button. Feels like gas bubbles sometimes.

In the early stages of movement, you would feel it a few inches below your belly button and they feel like flutters or bubbles.

You will feel the first movements in your lower abdomen. It will feel like a flutterty kind of feeling. You should be feeling your first movements soon.

The majority of the time in early pregnancy it feels at first like butterflys in your tummy.
It becomes more prominent the further into your pregnancy you get.

well, Im 22 weeks. Somethimes it feels like the foot is actually coming out of me!! I think babby must be kicking whilst standing up, cos i would swear the foot is popping out of the entrance to my cervix!! Makes me jump every time!
