No agencies, here you apply to the company direct and most are from the local papers that you cant get if you live outside the area!

Also try Jobcentreplus.gov.uk and type Essex into the search. Again allows you to apply to the employers direct.

Look at the yellow pages under security jobs. Call and ask if you can fax over your resume and to who's attention. Follow up in a few days with a phone call. Also look at gated communities
