My e-bay account was suspended and I would like to go to live help but can't find link anywhere.
E-bay obviously don't want to talk to people!

eBay do have a phone number, but it is only available to "power sellers" and not us mere mortals. Their main switchboard is 0208 605 3000 (I googled for this), but apparently they really don't like people ringing it, so yes, your observation is correct!

Are you sure they have really suspended your account? I've lost count of the number of spoof emails I have received telling me my account has been frozen and to "click on this link". Its usually a scam just to part you from your account details and ultimately raid your paypal account as well, since most people have the same ID and passwords for both. Change them immediately.

did you get an email saying that your account had been suspended? If so be careful as it is a spam and it isnt from ebay, all they want is your login details for ebay and paypal, just dont click on any links if you have change your passwords immediately and forward to spoof@ebay.co.uk. They will tell you if it is genuine or not but guaranteed it wont be.
If you havent had an email then try emailing them direct or

"In some cases, the Live Help button appears on prominent eBay pages, such as the Sell Your Item form. You can click the Live Help button to connect to a private chat room, where you can ask an eBay representative your question."

Good luck

I don't think you're going to be able to contact them. Can you imagine how many phone calls ebay would receive if they made that contact information quickly available. While it is frustrating at a time like this, there is no way they could handle the volume of people calling. Anyway, send them an e-mail instead and read their terms & conditions to figure out what you did wrong (if you don't already know) and what there policy is on account reinstatement.

internet companies delight themselves on being strictly internet. in the event that they have telephone provider, then shopper help could drop. I propose, looking after hundreds of thousands upon hundreds of thousands of transactions is taxing sufficient, why upload telephone provider? they have not got telephone provider by way of fact they could music back lots for the duration of a transaction. They get one hundred,000+ criticism an afternoon, 24/7. in the event that they have been to function a telephone provider, that's going tocontinual them out of agency by way of fact then they does no longer be quickly sufficient to look after the a lot of digital mail and could strengthen expenses for public sale posting? Get outta here! the superb component to do is to deliver an digital mail and wait. on the same time because it may no longer sound useful, in the event that they have been to function telephone provider, then it extremely is an excuse to strengthen expenses... and that's no longer useful.
